The Manfrotto 244N Variable Friction Arm is one of the most popular arms made by Manfrotto! Often called a Magic Arm the 244N is used for lights, camera, and audio applications and is the industry standard for most remote rigging applications. The 244N Variable Friction Arm uses a central friction locking handle to lock all 3 points of the arm in place. The length of the arm is 53 cm/20.87 inches and is capable of holding loads up to 3 kg/6.6 lb. Typically the 244 arm is mounted on a Super Clamp but you can also mount it to light stands and other accessories such as wall plates by using the baby 16 mm/ 5/8 inch pin on either end of the arm. The baby pins on each end of the arms also have a 9.53 mm/ 3/8 inch thread receiver or a 6.35 mm/ 1/4 inch threaded receiver. The remote mounting possibilities of this versatile tool are endless!

Telescopic Post, Extends from 33.5”-80”

The Manfrotto FF3248 Telescopic post is ideal to suspend lights from carriages in the Sky Track system. A telescopic system for the balanced suspension of loads. Adjustable for setting the height of your lights with automatic positioning at the desired position, the FF3348 adjusts from 85 to 203 cm/33.5 to 80 inches. A 16 mm/5/8 in female attachment with safety plug and thumb screw locking knob is fitted at each end. The safety plug has a push-button release that allows for rotating your lights into position and is a double safety feature to secure the telescopic post to the carriage or to the light. To attach a light with a 16 mm/5/8 in the receiver, a 013 spigot is required. To adjust the balance of the load, rotate the center handle clockwise or counterclockwise to apply the appropriate tension. This will allow for easy up and down of the telescopic post. It sustains loads from 1.5 kg/3.3 lb up to 12 kg/26.4 lb max.

Super Clamp with Short Stud

The Manfrotto 035 Super Clamp is truly one of the best inventions from Manfrotto! This iconic piece was originally made back in the early ’70s and is still most likely one of the most widely used pieces of lighting and grip gear today. Manfrotto 2909 Super Clamp has been certified TÜV and this certification is recognized as an important certification in numerous parts of the world. Capable of supporting loads up to 15 kg/33 lb. There are numerous Super Clamp adapters that are hex-shaped or round on one end and connect easily to the Hex socket of the 035 and allow for various types of connections to lights and other tools on the other end. Most of these connectors are 16 mm/ 5/8 inch to 16 mm/ 5/8 inch (Baby to Baby connectors). There is also a 1/4in UNC threaded receiver on the bottom of the clamp. The Super Clamp jaws can grasp diameters ranging from 13 mm/0.51 inches to 55 mm/ 2.16 inches. For added versatility, a 035WDG comes with the 035 Super Clamp allowing easy connection to flat services if needed. Finally, the Super Clamp works well with magic arms, friction arms, articulated arms, micro arms, DADO Arms, and many other accessories. Whether it be for lighting, Audio, or rigging Super Clamps are everywhere. Note: 2909 is exactly the same as 035 but includes a 2907 (037) Stud.

The Manfrotto 037 Reversible Short Stud in brass is a 16 mm/ 5/8 inch reversible short stud with a 6.5 mm/ 1/4 in male thread on one end and a 9.53 mm/ 3/8 in male thread on the other end.
