A.C. Lighting are please to announce that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire the entire issued share capital of Spectrum Manufacturing Inc.
Based in Toronto Canada, Spectrum is an OEM manufacturer specialising in high volume entertainment technology products. They have enjoyed a long standing relationship with A.C. Lighting as the manufacturer of the exclusively distributed Chroma-Q range.
No significant changes are anticipated for either company, and existing distribution arrangements remain unchanged.
