Fred leads the sales and brand management teams, enhancing lead generation, prospect engagement, and collaborating with AC Americas’s leadership team to develop and execute short- and long-term business strategy.

“It is my honor to appoint Fred to the newly developed position of Executive Vice President of Sales,” remarks Blanchard. “Fred’s industry knowledge and go-to-market sales strategies are widely recognized across the industry by some of the industry’s most influential people, customers, and manufacturers. Fred’s success with A.C. Lighting building top-performing sales teams, and developing long-term customer relationships will lead Fred to success in the development of business strategies.”

Passionate about the success of others, Fred takes pride in working to elevate the customer base, identify new business opportunities, and develop new and strategic sales approaches for major accounts. He also uses these skills to mentor, develop, and lead his team in their success.

As Executive Vice President of Sales, Fred plays a key role at the executive level, as a board member, and in the company’s governance to achieve its objectives of building a client-centric company.

Chris will oversees AC Americas – Lighting dedicated sales team across the US and Canada. Chris focuses on:

  • Strengthening relationships with valued partners.
  • Leading and mentoring the sales team to continued success.

Chris has been with AC Americas for six years, serving as Sales Representative for the Northeastern USA. Chris has contributed to numerous high-profile projects, including;

Gary’s role was developed as part of the company’s strategic plan for the AV market. Working closely with Anthony Stofflet, Luminex Brand Manager, and Shane Shah, AUDAC/CAYMON Brand Manager, to grow and develop the company, brands, and markets.

Gary aims to establish strong client relationships and expand distribution and mindshare among System Designers, Consultants, and Live Sound companies for the Luminex, AUDAC, and CAYMON brands in the United States and Canada.

I am confident Gary will excel in this position through his track record of nurturing industry-leading brands and implementing innovative business strategies,” commented Fred Mikeska. “I believe that Gary’s extensive experience in the audio market uniquely positions him to drive the development of the Luminex, AUDAC, and CAYMON brands within the AV and integration markets.”

Nick D'Angelo - Brand Manager | PROLIGHTS

Brand Manager - PROLIGHTS

Nick closely collaborates with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and other Brand Managers to strengthen the PROLIGHTS Brand. He manages the PROLIGHTS brand and collaborates directly with PROLIGHTS on product development, marketing plans, training programs, and tradeshow presence across North America. Nick will be in charge of planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies and campaigns and will work closely with clients and the PROLIGHTS team in Italy.

Nick D’Angelo spent ten and a half years working with ESPN as a Senior Lighting Specialist and, most recently, as Lighting Director. His primary role with ESPN involved evaluating stage and studio lighting and overseeing the design, installation, and on-air lighting in their studios on the ESPN campus in Bristol, Connecticut. Additionally, he supervised the remote team’s work, including ESPN’s presence at the U.S. F1 races, the NBA, and college sports.

Fred Mikeska explains, “Nick will leverage his experience to position PROLIGHTS in the market while managing vendor relationships. Acting as more than a brand ambassador, he will play a pivotal role with internal and external stakeholders to increase value, performance, and market presence.”

Anthony manages the Luminex brand, working directly with Luminex on product development, marketing plans, training programs, tradeshow presence, and expanding our network of dealers and pro-users across North America.

“Anthony has a unique ability to educate others on technical brands so that they learn to use the product effectively,” explains Mikeska. “Working with Luminex products, while integrating PROLIGHTS and Chroma-Q lighting products, has provided Anthony with hands-on experience in network design, which will be integral in his new role as Brand Manager.”

During his six years with AC, Eric has effectively expanded the company’s presence in the Film and TV market, increasing the market for the company, its exclusive suppliers, and its loyal customer base. Eric has played a key role in growing the Avenger and Manfrotto brands and assisting customers in choosing the right products for their projects.

In 2023, Druker was promoted to Market Manager, Film & Broadcast, contributing to increased sales for the Avenger/Manfrotto, Chroma-Q, and PROLiGHTS product lines in the film and broadcast market.

In his role as Brand Manager, Eric works with his client base as Market Manager. Additionally, he will directly collaborate with Avenger and Manfrotto on product development, marketing plans, training programs, and tradeshow presence across North America. Eric will also work with A.C.’s marketing department to plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns. He will continue collaborating with the sales and customer support teams to strengthen the brand.

“Eric has demonstrated leadership and dedication to Avenger and Manfrotto, both with their staff and our client base,” explains Mikeska. “Eric’s strong reputation and success in developing the market as Market Manager, Film & Broadcast, will enable him to develop this rapidly growing market further, focusing on expanding the Avenger and Manfrotto product lines.”

Mike Farmer works in the Southeast region of the USA, creating relationships with our clients, offering excellent customer service, providing (one-on-one) demonstrations, and attending trade events.

He has an extensive background in the professional lighting industry with a degree in Lighting Design/Technical Production. He has over ten years of experience working as a Systems Integrator, Mid-Atlantic Business Development for Barbizon Lighting, Inc., and Account Executive for 4Wall Entertainment.

“Mike has a broad range of industry experience and knowledge and a great reputation for working closely with dealers, rental companies, consultants, and end-users. Mike brings a level of service and cares that A.C. Lighting’s clients have come to rely on. We are excited to welcome Mike to the A.C. Lighting team,” says Fred Mikeska.

“What I love about this industry is that you can go from a theatre in Virginia to the top of the tallest building in New York, or the largest theme park in the middle east and right back to your local community theatre, and lighting is what took me there!” comments Mike Farmer

Kurt Metzler, Business Development Manager, focus on expanding the company’s presence by cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, providing comprehensive training to clients and sales representatives, and uncovering new growth opportunities. Additionally, he will work closely with the Supply Chain department to streamline order processing and support marketing initiatives by representing the company at tradeshows, promotional events, and product demonstrations.

“Kurt brings an exceptional level of expertise and a proactive approach to every challenge,” said Fred. “His ability to foster meaningful relationships with clients and partners, combined with his deep understanding of the Pro Audio industry, makes him an invaluable asset to A.C.
