*CloudPower has a 5-year warranty period.

GIVA AUDIOVISUAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED WARRANTIES (01/01/2024)
GIVA AUDIOVISUAL TECHNOLOGIES / APEX – Warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years beginning from the original date of purchase (dated record of sale) to the end user, thirty days after the invoice date to the reseller, whichever date is earliest.
12. Limitation of Liability
Unless other mandatory regulations apply in the country concerned, the Seller’s liability is confined exclusively to faults/defects in the Product. The Seller is not therefore liable for:
- damage or malfunctions caused by the Purchaser during use or as a result of tampering with the Product;
- infringements by the Purchaser in the import/export of the purchased Products;
- damage or lost earnings due to late delivery, non-delivery or any fault/defect/damage arising as a result of the resale of the Products by the Purchaser;
- for sales made on connected websites
Avenger products have a standard 2-year warranty, which assures that it is fit for use and is covered against manufacturing defects for that period of time. However, if you register your product online at warranty manfrotto.com, we’ll extend the warranty by an additional 8 years. Registration is totally free and only takes a few moments. In addition, the information you provide when registering helps us to make sure our products and services answer your needs. For more information, see our Warranty Terms & Conditions within the Services section of this website.
Manfrotto products are warranted to be fit for the purpose for which it has been designed, and to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This guarantee does not cover the product against subsequent damage or misuse. The period of validity of the Standard Limited Warranty is defined by the law in force in the country, state or region where the product is sold. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase to repair your product under warranty.
How to get an extra warranty coverage
Beyond the standard compulsory coverage outlined above, this product is eligible for a warranty extension valid up to 5 years from the date of purchase. The Limited Conventional Warranty Extension does not affect the standard compulsory coverage. A Note about Luminex’s Warranty:
Luminex understands that Warranty remains an important cost for all users, even for the most reliable products. For this reason, the Luminex Management Team decided to offer a 3rd year of warranty to each end-user who registers their Luminex products through the Luminex website.
All Luminex products are covered by a standard 2-year warranty. Based on the serial number and a copy of the invoice, end-users will be granted a 3rd year of warranty free of charge when they register their product online. This is valid for all Luminex products.
Once the user has completed the registration process, an automated e-mail will be sent to them confirming their product has been approved and is now covered by an extra year of warranty.

Limited 1-Year Warranty from date of purchase on all Remaining Product Families:
Moss LED Inc. products come with limited warranties. This limited warranty does not include product failures that are the result of:
- Not using a voltage regulated power supply to connect the LED product or controls;
- Connecting LED products to incorrect voltage.
- Improper connection of power supplies, LED products, or dimmers. This includes short circuiting, over-current, and over-temperature.
- Connecting LED products or controls directly to any AC power source.
- Connecting power supplies backwards to an AC power source.
- Using products in an extremely hot or cold environment and/or without adequate ventilation as over temperature can cause all electronic components to fail.
- Water damage to products not specifically designed to be in wet environments.
- Electrical power surges.
- Damage from hail, flood, tornado, fire, wind, earthquake, lightning, electrical storm, or any other natural disaster.
- Damage caused by a vehicle or other accident.
- Damage caused via transport.
- Damage to any products that were modified by the user, used for purposes other than as intended or directed, or connected to LED systems or components not purchased from Moss LED Inc.
This limited warranty also expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical or accidental abuse, loss, or theft. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Moss LED Inc. will void this warranty. Buyer is responsible for the safe transport of any item sent to Moss LED Inc. for warranty service.
If you have an item you believe to be faulty, contact Moss LED Inc. immediately and request tech support. You may be required to provide photos, videos and/or descriptions of the item(s) not performing properly. It is Moss LED Inc. goal to troubleshoot thoroughly to eliminate any unnecessary time or hassle on behalf of the customer. Failing to comply and provide the information requested by Moss LED Inc. will result in voiding the warranty.
If a product is deemed faulty by a technician/representative then a return shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will be sent out immediately. Once Moss LED Inc. receives the product, we will test the item(s) to better understand where the fault in the product(s) lies.
Moss LED Inc. will NOT provide replacement items before the original items have been returned, tested, and deemed faulty. If you need a replacement item while the return process is taking place, then you can repurchase the items. Once the testing process is complete and assuming the product is faulty, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the product. Moss LED Inc. will not refund shipping costs on replacement items.
If the product is found to be working properly and the error lies in the installation, or with other non-Moss LED products being used, then the product will be returned to the customer via our standard shipping method. If the customer has paid for a replacement item while the return process is being processed and the original product is found to be working properly, then the customer will receive the original product back with no refund.
Buyer’s sole right under this warranty is for repair or replacement of the defective item.
This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of such items, provided that products purchased from an authorized Moss LED Inc. reseller will also include the above-limited warranty. Proof of purchase may be required.
Warranty Period
In the event of a product defect or malfunction, Moss LED Inc. will cover the cost of the return shipping. This is only valid during the product’s warranty period stated by Moss LED. In this case, a pre-paid shipping label will be issued to the client via our standard shipping method.
- If the item is faulty, Moss LED Inc. will ship out a replacement at no charge.
- If the item is not faulty (still works), the client will need to pay for the shipping to get the product back to them.
